WHERE TO PARK

  • On the street: paid parking in the blue zones.

  • Autopalazzo Garage, via Bertola 7, attended/secure. Open Mon–Sat 06:30-01:00, Sundays and holidays 06:30-12:00 and 18:00-01:00. Rate: €40.00/24h. No reservation required. Info

  • ACI Roma-San Carlo-Castello parking, underground, unattended: pedestrian exit from Piazza San Carlo towards via Santa Teresa (100m). Daytime hourly rate €2.00, nighttime hourly rate €1.40. Info

RECEPTION

Reception: from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00, Monday–Saturday. Sunday 09:00-13:00. In case of emergency, please call one of the following numbers: +39 342 0122849 or +39 376 2103926, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

LUGGAGE STORAGE

You may leave your luggage in safekeeping at reception.

Palazzo Solaro Boutique Luxury Suites is located within the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), active Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 10:30 AM. At check-in, you will need to fill out a form with your vehicle details and provide us with the driver's license, to be sent via WhatsApp. We will register you on the GTT website for a temporary transit permit.
